Every seasonal site offers water, sewer, and 50/30/20 AMP electrical service, free Wi-Fi, hook up for cable TV, fire ring, picnic table and a large, manicured lawn. Each site has a concrete pad measuring between 900 – 1550 square feet, depending on the site.
