RESERVATION GUIDELINES:

YOU PICK YOUR SITE:
Optional LOCK-IN Site: If you choose this option the site you pick at the time of your reservation will be guaranteed. Your reservation will not be moved to another site. If you want a specific site or area of the park (near bathrooms, pools, activities, length of the site, multi-site reservation, or near a friend or family member), we highly recommend picking the LOCK-IN option to guarantee the site you want. A $25.00 lock-in fee will be applied to your reservation at the time of booking. Based on site availability at the time of reservation. The LOCK-IN fee is nonrefundable if the reservation is canceled.

WE PICK YOUR SITE:
If you choose not to lock in your site with our LOCK-IN option, we will put your reservation on any site of the same or better site type in the park. Your site number will be given to you at the time of check-in. If you want a specific site or area of the park, (near bathrooms, pools, activities, length of the site, multi-site reservation, or near a friend or family member), we highly recommend picking the LOCK-IN option to guarantee the site you want.

RESERVATION FEE:
A $3 per reservation fee will be added to all reservations at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.

GUEST PER SITE: All rates are based on 2 adults and their children 17 and under.
6 person max per site ($5.00 for each additional adult, per night. Additional charge for extra adults may apply).

TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED: Sorry, tents are not allowed to be used anywhere in the resort.

RV Policy: Only one self-contained RVs are allowed per site. Sorry, tents and cargo trailers are not allowed for camping in the resort. RVs must be in good condition and have window coverings, sleeping facilities, and approved electrical hookups.

DEPOSIT POLICY: 100% due at the time of booking reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to arrival date- full refund, minus the $25.00 cancellation fee, site lock-in fee, and booking fee. NO refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the arrival date. If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, you MUST make those changes at least 10 days prior to your arrival date to receive any type of refund that may be due.

MINIMUM STAY POLICY:
Reservation made on or before April 1st: Many of our campers like to vacation for a full week during the season. To help with making this possible we require all reservations made before the start of the season to be a minimum reservation of 7 consecutive nights. After the park opens for the season we reduce the minimum stay requirements, see below.

Reservation made on or after April 1st the following minimum stay applies:
No minimum: April 15th - May 22rd.
3 nights for stays: May 23th – June 24th
5 nights for stays: June 25th – July 7th (week of 4th of July)
3 nights for stays: July 8th – September 1st
No minimum: September 2nd – September 25th
2 nights for stays: September 26th-27th October 3rd-4th (Halloween event weekends)
No minimum: October 5th - October 31st

Limited sites are available, prices are subject to change without notice.

SITE: All sites are fully hooked up with sewer, water, and electric and we have a cable hook-up for TV. We also have picnic tables, fire rings, and free Wi-Fi.

CHECK-IN TIME: RV sites is 3:00 p.m.; CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 p.m. (NOON)
CHECK-IN TIME: for all cottages and cabins 4:00 p.m.; CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m.

EARLY CHECK-IN FEE: $10 per hour before 3:00 p.m.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEE: $25.00 per hour, starting at check-out time.

OFFICE HOURS/CHECK-IN TIMES: The camp office hours vary based on the time of year. Spring and fall the office is open most days until 5 p.m. and some days until 6 p.m. During the summer months office is open until 9 p.m. every day. We suggest calling the office on the day of arrival to get current office hours. If checking in after office hours, we will place a check-in packet by the office door. Our packet will include your parking pass and a map of your campsite. We do ask that you please stop by the office in the morning to sign papers.

VISITORS: All Visitors must register in the office before going to the site and pay a per-guest fee of $5. Due to maximum capacity regulations, we allow a limited number of visitors during Holiday weekends.

FIREWOOD: is NOT to be brought into the resort due to the emerald ash borer.
FIRES: Fires must be extinguished by 1:00 am (Fires are only to be in the designated fire ring. Never leave the fire burning unattended).

QUIET TIME: Resort Quiet Time is 10:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m.

GOLF CARTS: We allow golf carts (electric only) to be brought into the resort for a fee of $5 per day! You must have proof of insurance and you will need to fill out a golf cart agreement form. A daily fee will be collected at the time of check-in. Golf carts are available to rent from the office during your stay. Check the camp store for availability.

OTHER GUIDELINES: A more detailed list of policies and guidelines will be given to you at the time of check-in. The list is located on the back of your resort map. Feel free to call if you have any questions before you check in or stop by the office after you have checked in.

AUTO-COLLECT

At the time of your booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to all reservations.

CHILDREN & PETS

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children aged 17 and under stay free. Pets are welcome. We welcome your pets at Vacation Station RV Resort! Two dog runs are available for playtime. Pet owners must secure a pet policy from the office, provide up-to-date vet documentation, and abide by the pet policies stated. We only allow 2 pets per site. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be unattended, inside or out. Pets must not be leashed/chained to a tree or staked into the ground. Pets will not be allowed in/or around the buildings, cottages, playground, pool area, or on hay rides. Owners must immediately pick up after pets anywhere on the resort property. Violation of any rule may result in an immediate eviction from the resort without a refund.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
