To our camping family and friends,

After much consideration due to the COVID-19 virus, it is our intention to open the resort as planned on April 1st.

We do recommend that our campers use the same caution as they would at any public facility in regards to preventing or spreading illness and employ measures such as washing hands thoroughly, practicing social distancing, and staying inside your RV if you are ill, etc.  The health of our staff and guests are of utmost importance to us.  Extra care will be given to disinfecting touchpoints each day. IF there were a large outbreak to occur in our community, more drastic measures may be necessary according to our local authorities, such as closing communal restrooms and showers, in order to keep everyone safe.

The water will be turned on April 1st.

We are looking forward to opening day and have been working diligently throughout the winter to improve your camping experience!

Until then, we encourage everyone to practice these guidelines for preparation for, protection from, and response to potential symptoms of COVID-19. These include:

  • Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available.
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Stay at home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

This is only a partial list of safeguards. For more information, please contact the local health department.

Until April, stay safeā€¦.and wash your hands!
