Optional LOCK-IN Site, if you choose this option the site you pick at time of reservation will be guaranteed. Your reservation will not be moved to another site. If you are wanting a specific site, area of park, near bathrooms, near pools or activities, length of site, multi-site reservation, near friend or family we highly recommend picking the LOCK-IN option to guarantee the site you want. A $25.00 lock in fee will be applied to your reservation at time of booking. Based on site availability at time of reservation. LOCK-IN fee is nonrefundable if reservation is canceled.
WE PICK YOUR SITE:
If you choose not to lock in your site with our LOCK-IN option, we will put your reservation on any site of the same or better site type in the park. Your site number will be given to you at time of check in. If you are wanting a specific site, area of park, near bathrooms, near pools or activities, length of site, multi-site reservation, near friend or family we highly recommend picking the LOCK-IN option to guarantee the site you want.
GUEST PER SITE: All rates are based on 2 adults and their children 17 and under.
6 person max per site ($5.00 for each additional adult, per night. Additional charge for extra adults may apply.)
TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED: Sorry, tents are not allowed to be used anywhere in the resort.
DEPOSIT POLICY: 100% due at time of booking reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to arrival date- full refund, minus the $25.00 cancellation fee and site lock in fee. NO refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the arrival date. If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, you MUST make those changes at least 10 days prior to your arrival date to receive any type of refund that may be due.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY:
Reservation made on or before April 15th: Many of our campers like to vacation for a full week during the season. To help with making this possible we require all reservation made before the start of the season to be a minimum of 7 consecutive night reservation. After the park opens for the season we reduce the minimum stay requirements, see below.
Reservation made on or after April 15th the following minimum stay applies:
No minimum: April 15th - May 26th.
3 nights for stays: May 27th – June 30th
5 nights for stays: July 1st – July 9th (week of 4th of July)
3 nights for stays: July 10th – September 4th
No minimum: September 5th – October 6th
2 nights for stays: October 7th -October 8th (Halloween event weekend)
No minimum: October 9th - October 31st

SITE: All sites are full hook up with sewer, water, electric, cable hook up for TV, picnic table, fire ring and free WI-FI.
CHECK IN TIME: RV sites is 3:00 pm; CHECK OUT TIME: 12:00 PM (NOON)
CHECK IN TIME: for all cottages and cabins 4:00 pm; CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM
LATE CHECK OUT FEE: $25.00 per hour, starting at check-out time.
OFFICE HOURS/CHECK IN TIMES: The camp office hours vary based on time of year. Spring and fall the office is open most days until 5PM somedays until 6PM. During the summer months office is open until 9pm every day. We suggest calling the office the day of arrive to get current office hours. If checking in after office hours, we will place a check in packet by the office door. Our packet will include your parking pass and a map to your camp site. We do ask that you please stop by the office in the morning to sign papers.
VISITORS: All Visitors must register in the office prior to going to the site and pay a per guest fee of $5. Due to maximum capacity regulations-Limited Visitors during Holiday Weekends
FIREWOOD: is NOT to be brought into the resort due to the emerald ash borer.
FIRES: Fires must be extinguished by 1:00 am (Never leave the fire burning unattended)
QUIET TIME: Resort Quiet Time is 10:00pm-8:00am
GOLF CARTS: We allow golf carts (electric only) to be brought into the resort! You must have proof of insurance and you will need to fill out a golf cart agreement form. Golf carts are available to rent from office during your stay. Check camp store for availability.
